A PASTA SALADA CLASSIC.
Listen, I love a terrible pun, I really do. But I sat and the only pasta puns I could come up with were so absolutely atrocious, it wouldn’t be right to subject anyone to that.
Conversely, I decided to go with a “to the point” title, as it is in fact a pasta salad recipe.
8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
10 oz frozen peas
1-3 tablespoons of Sweet Viking™ Peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
16 oz bowtie pasta cooked and cooled
16 oz cubed Gouda cheese (or cheddar if that’s more your speed)
16 oz sour cream
Chives on top because we’re #fancy
- Take all the things
- Put them in a bowl
- Mix them together in the bowl
- Put into fridge 1 hour
