Listen, I love a terrible pun, I really do. But I sat and the only pasta puns I could come up with were so absolutely atrocious, it wouldn’t be right to subject anyone to that.  

Conversely, I decided to go with a “to the point” title, as it is in fact a pasta salad recipe.  


  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled 

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 

  • 10 oz frozen peas 

  • 1-3 tablespoons of Sweet Viking™ Peppers 

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

  • 16 oz bowtie pasta cooked and cooled 

  • 16 oz cubed Gouda cheese (or cheddar if that’s more your speed) 

  • 16 oz sour cream 

Chives on top because we’re #fancy 

  • Take all the things 
  • Put them in a bowl
  • Mix them together in the bowl 
  • Put into fridge 1 hour 

Eat it.
